7 DAYS RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.
In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at email@example.com or call us on +91-9529777440 within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
1. Jewelry that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
2. Any jewelry that has been washed
3. Any jewelry not in its original condition
4. Any jewelry that is returned without all original packaging and accessories
*No Returns will be accepted for Goods Purchased in Extra Sale.
Custom Order Policy:
For custom orders, 50% of the estimated amount is to be paid in advance, which is non-refundable. Remaining amount is to be paid after the completion of order (before shipping).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are returning any custom order purchase then only 50% of purchase amount will be credited to you.
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate your refund via NEFT transfer to your bank account. We may request you for your bank account details before initiating the refund.
Note:- Refund amount will not include shipping charges which you have paid.
