Return & Refund Policy By The V Collection

 We at The V Collection try to give the best product to our client and make them feel Incredible.  If due to any reason you need to return the product or exchange, then also we are ready at your service.

Return of defective and damaged Jewelry or  Any other Product

If you receive any defective and damaged jewelry from us, then immediately drop an email  to TheVcollection at hello@thevcollection.com or Call us at +91-9799299750 (9:30 am to 7:00 pm IST 6 working days) our well experienced customer support department along with the details of the defective order number, order name,tracking number etc. You have to notify us within 48 Hours for return of any defective or damaged products. 

In Case if you are going to return our Products, you have to bear one time fees from your side.

How to Get the Refund Money

If you want to return and want refund of the money by any reason, then the v collection offers you free 7 days return with 100% refund for all our Products. In other words if you wish to return our jewelry or Any Other Product and want the “money-back,” we give this facility too. We make sure that minimum charges would be involved and you can easily get the money-back within 14 days.

Important Note -

The only exception is for Personalized items and Make to Order. In these case, we don't provide Return policy benefit.  

  1. Drop a mail along with complete information of the product like order no. order Id, order name, tracking no. etc. at ((mail id) after mail you have to call on the customer care department at +91- 9799299750 (from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm IST 6 working days).
  2. However, make sure that the item must be secure with the original packing materials, unused packing, certificate, along with original tags and invoice provided by V Collection. After this our return expert team will analyze that it is 100% in original condition, then we will refund you back within 7 days. Kindly note that we will not entertain to any request beyond 3 days.
  3. When your package is ready for return, just make a call to our customer support team during working hours we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
  4. As we receive your returned product from you in good condition (according to terms & conditions), we will 100% refund you the money shortly.

 Cancellation Policy:

Due to the occurrence of any inconsistency the company can stop and cancel your orders.

  • In any kind of inconsistency or conflict, then we can directly cancel the orders. There could be reasons of inconsistency or conflict for cancellation from our end that includes limitation of the product in the inventory, mistake in pricing, etc.  Apart from that The V Collection also has the right to check out any other additional information for the purpose of accepting the orders.

  • If you have placed the order online and want to cancel the order before shipment, please make a request of cancellation of an order to us. If we are able to cancel it.  We will refund the entire amount to your bank account with the help of an appropriate payment mode with in 15 days.
